If you have the option to choose a different WingStop, I highly recommend doing so! The manager is consistently rude and has a negative attitude. She even mentioned guns, seemingly aware that it’s only a matter of time before someone gets frustrated enough to react violently due to their behavior. It makes you wonder why they choose jobs in customer service when they clearly lack the necessary skills. Additionally, she informed me that she couldn't process my refund because I placed my order through the app, and she also stated that mild wings are considered a dry rub. I had a few bites of boneless wings with ranch, but it turned out they were served with blue cheese instead. I really don’t like blue cheese, so I was pretty disappointed. Honestly, I can't stand it! It would be great if you could label the lids clearly. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and had to gag a bit. Come on, Wingstop, you can do better! I would rate this location a -100! It's incredibly disorganized. The staff, including some kids who seem to have an attitude of entitlement, act as if it's a burden to do their jobs. This is the worst Wingstop location I've ever encountered. I ordered online, but still ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes, making my total wait an hour! That's completely unacceptable. I plan to email corporate because this experience was truly disappointing!
The food and customer service were extremely disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the service felt unprofessional. It seemed like they didn't value their customers, resulting in an overall negative experience. I definitely won't be returning.
