Last night around 11 o?clock I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings and I specifically asked for extra wet because at this location the wings have literally no sauce on them and are dry and cold. so the other two times I took it for granted and figured it was an honest mistake but this was the last time I would deal with it because these wings are not cheap. I get home and to my surprise yet again another order with no sauce on it. I called the manager after driving back home over 10 miles and she had the nerve to tell me to drive back again to come get extra sauce smh. To the Manager of Wingstop: I was urgently looking for a restroom during my visit and asked the staff at the register if there was one available, but they said no. Regardless of how much money I spent on the chicken from your menu, the lack of basic facilities was disappointing. Even though I paid full price, the service fell short. Please consider investing in customer service by maintaining a restroom for your guests.
Let's start with the good. Ordered takeout on the web, said it would be ready in 16-22 minutes and showed up 15 minutes later as they were putting the order in the bag. The wings are good, but nothing really special. The cost for 20 wings with fries was $32 which seems expensive. Not sure I'll come back because i think there are plenty of competitors in this space.
My experience at Wingstop was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff acted unprofessionally, scratching their heads and then touching the food and takeout containers meant for customers. I've never seen anything so unhygienic. I left feeling completely disgusted.
If you actually manage to get your food, be prepared for a major disappointment. It's hard to fathom that Arrooga's has shut down while this unsatisfactory restaurant remains open with a rating below 3 stars. I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I arrived around 9:34 PM, and even though the restaurant's website indicated they would be open until 10:30 PM, I found it closed. The cashiers were just sitting there and seemed unprofessional. I don't think I'll be going back to Wing Stop.
Get here at 9:34 for them to stay we are closed when the website says 10:30 and the restaurant is still open cashiers was sitting down very unprofessional wont eat wing stop again !!!
