I was under the impression Winnebago stood for quality. I have been proven wrong. Since my purchase of a 2019 Winnebago Minnie Plus in Nov 2018, I have had 30 plus defects (I am sure there will be more). I have had trouble beginning on the day I picked it up. Three trips and new trouble every time. I am afraid to take it out again. Ready to ask for my money back with a full refund with interest. My 20 year old towable is less trouble. My 20 year old is a Thor Wanderer.
I am very disappointed with my 2021 Winnebago 2108DS. It's been the worst camper I've ever owned. No one seems willing to help fix it; when I contact Winnebago, they just advise me to call a mobile repair shop and cover the repair costs myself. I will never purchase another Winnebago again. I've dealt with leaking water lines, a toilet that has a persistent odor in the closet, and a hot water heater that frequently malfunctions. Buyer beware!
Excellent customer service experience from both Jake and Hollie over the last few years. We are on our second Winnebago Towable and already scouting out the next upgrade. The Micro and Minnie lines are a great fit for many when it comes to finding a compromise between a lightweight model and high end features.
I read horror stories about other brands and after years of research I found winnebago, they have the best quality craftsmanship in the industry in my opinion. We recently acquired a new Winnebago Micro Minnie camper and are very impressed with its quality and excellent design. After owning a 30-foot camper for 11 years, we are excited to embark on longer journeys with the Micro Minnie. We highly recommend the Winnebago Micro Minnie camper.
