First I have been here both in person and ordered off DoorDash or Uber eats. I even have experience delivering through DoorDash as well and have picked up orders. Was delivered the wrong food since the people behind the counter didn’t confirm the right order. Call on the phone and they were rude and no help at all. Very unprofessional. This will be the last time I support this poorly run business. Food is very watered down and average. Poor portions size for the . They rather have conflict than serve you. Every time I’ve been here over the years there has been an issue! FYI the credit card/Apple Pay machines just always seems to be down, but the ATM that charges $3.50 per use is always working. The IRS needs to be informed about this business’s evasion (several customers are aware that you don’t want to pay your taxes). This is the main reason they want cash only, yet take online orders. I eat at this place often never actually been there in person only through doordash I think I'm going to make it a point to next time that I am hungry for Winston's I'm going to go there in person I don't know if they have dine-in but I want to see the people that make this food and meet them and tell them personally how much I love them and they're cooking abilities the food there is absolutely not a midget less than fantastic the cakes are phenomenal my absolute favorite is the curry goat rice and peas plantains and stewed cabbage I wish they had other options as signs besides mac and cheese and rice and peas but I will tell you one thing the food there is spectacular

I wish could give zero starsI’m a regular customer, I always order the rice and peas with light oxtail gravy (no Meat), plantain, no cabbage (just a little bit more rice). I would pay $6.00But, if the manager is there he would charge me $7. Yesterday my husband went alone to get my normal order and the same manager charged him $15.00 because he said the extra rice . ordered food today they gave 4 pieces of oxtail with a whole bunch of rice for 23 dollars your out of your mind then you ask for sauce they get a attitude oh it comes with sauce i mean if i’m paying all this money the least you can do is give sauce a waste of money !!! Also the food had no flavor and the machine isn’t on for the cards how surprising don’t waste your money !!

Boxes food like there’s all the time in the world, literally 30 min waiting for food to be bagged. You got to hustle in this industry serve your customers promptly in a timely manner.

I placed an order for pickup and it was good, the portion given could feed me and my two kids easily . The spice I have been craving is there ! The pineapple coconut cake AMAZING !
