this weinstube is located in a hotel in an adorable wine village south of straßburg. while the hotel is more modern, the wine room still has the atmosphere and the charm of a typical wine room, with lots of wood. eating is very excellent, especially the butter tsarte calfs head with a light sauce grebiche has convinced me. very good has also been the salmon startar. everything is perfectly crafted and looks appealing. merci beaucoup.

We ate at 2 in this restaurant with a menu made since we had taken a escapade package in the hotel park. the choice of the menu was perfect nothing to say. very well served good presentation of the dishes, the quality of the products is at the rendezvous ! succulent!! servers and waitresses are very smiling and available, they know the products.

we were in the rabseppi stebel for dinner. what a lucky thing that has been denied us where different the terrace was. courtesy, professional service, excellent eating, excellent weine and just a great terrace. Price-performance is absolutely recommended. a reservation is certainly beneficial.
