Wirtshaus Jagglbaeck

Over the past 6 years we have dined here often! It is a really traditional Austrian restaurant offering dishes from Tirol. It is small and comprises a bar/bistro at front and a 24 seat restaurant at the rear, all in a tunnel like setting of timber and render. The hosts, Peter and Louise and son David are enough reason to visit with their outgoing characters and banter.... but the food, it is superb from soup to the best Pepper Steaks I have ever eaten (and I'm Australian, and we have great beef). For the feel of Austria, Tirol and the Alps this is the place to go! It is our favourite restaurant in the world! True!

Aka Cafe Jagglbäck. Situated in the main centre of town near the Spar supermarket is this fantastic authentic little restaurant serving up quality food. Even the kids were impressed! Seating is limited so I suggest you book a table A local ski instructor suggested this...place so if you like it too then please let me know Tyrolean and Austrian food but a menu which is broad enough for any picky children like ours To be honest I can’t remember what my meal was called but it was a classic and excellent.

Wir waren zu fünft da. Haben zwei mal Grillteller, einmal Kaiser-toas, einmal Backhändlsalat und einmal Spagetti Bolognese gegessen. Wir waren alle Total vom Essen und vom Wirt begeistert.Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Eine Reservierung ist von Vorteil, da die Wirtschaft sehr klein ist.

Ein sehr kleines aber feines Restaurant mit einem freundlich und aufgestelltem Wirt.Die Speisekarte hat eine vielfältige Auswahl zu fairen Preisen. Der Service ist Top und schnell. Fazit: Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Das Essen lecker und man bekommt genug. Reserva una mesa ahora

Yes, this place we really liked!! Very nice local food (e.g. take the Wiener Schnitzel , and a real value for money (not expensive food Please make a reservation as it doens't have much seats and it's quite popular (thé local pub? Highly recommended.

Das Essen und die Weinschorle waren super, sodass wir gleich nächtens Tag nochmal ein Tisch reserviert haben. Das Essen war deftig und typisch tirolerisch. Ich kann das Restaurant jeden empfehlen, der den Tag ausklingen lassen möchte.

We only really enjoyed this place for drinks. There were many locals in and the atmosphere was great that we were made most welcome. The prices were very good.

Cosy bar and good food ruined by arrogant, ignorant staff. Stay away. Yery rude and aggressive when we contested the bill. Have fun with other customers.
