the wetshaus brezel is located in the middle of ulm and is therefore a very popular point of contact for tourists, businessmen and also for a ulmer. we were with our international team for dinner together. the services were very fixed and explained our Indian colleagues without any problems the menu in English. For every taste, something was involved in food technology, with the classic (and heavy) shabic kitchen in the foreground.
a room as you expect from a beer room, warm, with a bit of tradition (no ones in the dirndel) and very modern accents. the prices are right, the traditional dishes are not bad at all and I have eaten the best vegetarian dish of the trip. a smiling waitress, very caring.
appealing facility, nice small courtyard, friendly service. the menu also has smaller dishes, especially Swabian / Bavarian. the salat buffet is delicious and delicious! we practically always come when we are in ulm to eat there.
