Wixan's Bridge - Reserva de mesa

My wife and I have visited Wixan's a number of times to have lunch with her uncle, but after yesterday's lunch, I had to post.Parking is a challenge in the best of times, but with winter snow in the small parking lot, it becomes even more difficult. We enter through the side door from the parking lot and this entrance is definitely not wheelchair accessible. I can't comment on the main entrance as I've never used it. The decor is decidedly dark, and veers toward sports bar.My wife had the lunch special (corned beef on rye), which she found very tasty. Her uncle and I both had the liver and onions/bacon. I have been here a handful of times and I honestly really like it! The food is great, the services is amazing and the atmosphere is definitely what you expect for a pub. Would totally recommend to anyone!Parking: They have parking behind their building and street parking in front that is free. If they are full, there is public parking close by, I just don’t know if you would have to pay for it or not.

Did not have a good experience here and got food poisoning from the under cooked grey hamburger. My kids were sick with stomach issues as well after soupy mac n cheese and under cooked chicken tenders. Nachos were so stale I left the plate full just wanted to get out of there. Be weary of 5 star rating it left me and my family sick for 48hrs.

I came here for lunch as I was working in town. I ordered the lemon pepper wings, and I have to say that they were probably the best lemon pepper wings I've had to date. They were large, fresh and perfectly seasoned. Even the fries were exceptional. If I ever come back, this is where I am going. Great work guys! Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was good but the service was lacking. The waitress stopped by our table twice, once to take our order and once to bring our bill. Not once did she check in with us to ask about our food or refills. Other tables received great service. Wasn’t impressed.

Good pub fare, good drinks. I was pleased with my burger, my guest was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the veggie burger, said it's one of the best veggie burgers she has had.

Stopped here after a long cycling ride, and we were starving ? Service was fast, the staff was very helpful and the food was great. Definitely returning highly recommended.

Our server Artesh was phenomenal. Quick witted responses and a great sense of humour. Service and food was quick.

We wanted to sit on the patio. We were the only ones outside.Beautiful day, food was awesome. Drinks were cold.
