We tried getting into Stillwaters but the 1+ hour wait was ridiculous so after having a beer on tap in the lounge, we decided to check other locations nearby. We found Woolf and Wilde and glad we did. It was a perfect dinner with friends in an air conditioned, lovely decorated dining room. It was very hot and humid so we preferred dining inside verses the deck outside.The waitress and all the staff was perfectly attentive and super polite. They all were. We enjoyed some beers on tap and it tasted great on such a hot and humid day.We started with a lovely bread loaf with a plate of drizzled olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We also ordered 2 appetizers. Do you love The Other Bird restaurants? Love the Mule? Love Rapscallion? Love Two Black Sheep? Well if you do, don't go here! You'll be super disappointed. The food was just so so. We are major foodies and love the hamilton food scene. This fell far below the Hamilton scene. We got the arugula salad and mussels to start. The arugula salad was terrible. Literally just lettuce with 5 slices of radish. And it was dry. I had to ask for dressing because there was no moisture on the salad. For $13 I just couldn't believe the lack of flavour. My boyfriend had the mussels. Good portion. Good flavour. Nothing too exciting though. This was good value for what he got. The entrees .... we got the featur...

The Woolf and Wilde has taken over the restaurant in the Arlington Hotel downtown Paris.The food here is now excellent, whether it is the appetizers or a full meal. The food is also consistently good.They have remodeled the restaurant and it is now modern, up to date and very pleasant.The wait staff are friendly but if they are busy, the service can tend to lag a bit. It is nothing like it was before when the owners were running the restaurant and it took an hour to get a hamburg. The overpriced wine from before has been replaced with a more reasonably priced variety although it is not cheap. But let's face it, you have to pay a decent price to get a good glass of wine no matter where you go...

Inside of the Arlington Hotel. We really liked The Woolf and Wilde. Good portions and reasonable price went hand-in-hand with nice environment and great service from Emma!!My steak bavette (flank steak) dinner for $28 and Caesar salad were excellent. They even split the Caesar salad prior to bringing it to the table for my wife and I to share. They did the same thing with the meatball appetizer, which got rave reviews. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Nice little restaurant. Was quiet and private for a meeting. Menu has a variety of unique appetizers and entrees. The Caesar salad with bacon wrapped bacon ( yes bacon wrapped bacon) was unbelievable. The entree I had was bass which was very tasty with a great crispy skin. Meal was amazing. Will be back again. Great place for a business meeting, couples and friends. A great addition to Paris downtown.

My spouse and I dined at the Woolf and Wilde for a special occasion. The restaurant was not busy so staff were very attentive. My spouse ordered the Asiago-Stuffed Chicken Supreme w/ Wild Mushroom Truffle Risotto and I chose the Pan-Roasted Rainbow Trout. Both meals were very good, but my only complaint that the potatoes that came with my meal were on the dry side. I will return in the future.

My wife and I have been to the arlington hotel on several occasions we are glad to see that The Bird Group has taken over operations recently. We had the arlington burger both with a salad and fries. The food was great and so was the sevice. The redecorated ding room looked great. We look forward to returning soon .

Are you kidding me! Shut Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Get that it might be seasonal but really, the only hotel in the town and guests have to go somewhere else for eats. Not even a hot breakfast. Poor is all I can score if you don't look after guests of the hotel. Reserva una mesa ahora

My wife and I were staying in The Arlington and had breakfast In this restaurant on the main floor of the hotel. The atmosphere is upscale casual, the service was very good and we both enjoyed our meals.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner on the patio of this restaurant. Great quality food, service was a little slow when asking for items other than that I would definitely visit again.
