World Of Beer - Reservar una mesa

We met with friends here last night for dinner drinks. They had an amazing selection of brew, and my lavender craft cocktail was scrumptious! The first bite on deck came from a Mac Cheese ball, its textural balance was sublime, and made for an excellent first impression. ? I was the only member of my party that ordered a burger; I’m sure the tacos were delicious, but my buffalo chicken burger was prepped beautifully. *chef’s kiss* I’ll definitely be ordering it again! The atmosphere was great also— not too rowdy, and there were plenty of giant tvs displaying sporting events. The only snag came from the pacing of service near the end of the meal— it was a while before we received our check. ? Other than that, this place is a blast!

Compared to previous visit this one was disappionting. There was hardly anyone in there so you would expect service and food to be better. My first beer got shaken before arriving to the table. When opening it poured all over the table. Server disappeared and no one else was around to get a towel. Finally interrupted the bartenders conversation so I could get something to clean it up. The pretzel was hardly heated. The Mac and cheese was missing the bacon along with being over cooked pasta. The pepperoni flat bread was good and hot. Beers were good as always. However the last round took forever to get. Considering it was a can and bottle it should have been a lot quicker.

The waiter was terrible. No customer service at all. She had us wait a while before providing us a beverage, let alone wait to order drinks too. Waited a good amount of time (45 mins) to order appetizers, and to place order for food. When we were ready to leave she blamed us that we did not ask for separate checks but did not ask initially so she lumped up our total. Not only that a second group came in after us and sat with us and assumed to put their total on our tabs. Food was good but service was terrible. I would not go back along with the personnel who attened.

Service was very poor, especially with the amount of people that were there (not many). You can tell some employees were new, so I get that they have to get up to speed, but experienced employees should make sure customer's needs are being met. Definitely would love to see the atmosphere when the place is packed because I love beer ?, but service needs to drastically improve

Big, roomy spot over at Hacienda. With the struggles of brick-and-mortar retail, there's plenty of parking available. Wide range of beers, as the name implies. Service, however, is a bit casual and lackadaisical. Not a place to be in a hurry.Service: 3/5
