Beautiful location in the valley, now well equipped with parking. The ambience is friendly, open and positive rustic, the self-service in the snack well organized. We had the classic mules and grilled black trout fillets. Both with homemade potato salad. Price/performance are reasonable, decent and tasty. That's how I imagine a black forest snack.

Forellenzucht Calmbach is located in the middle of the Black Forest. Between Würzbach and Calmbach. It is a very well maintained trout breeder club, you can simply switch off and very good and especially delicious food. What is also important at the moment, very Corona friendly . Parking is available. Is very idyllic and especially very clean.
We took the daily dish: a gold trout with potato salad. The food on the plate was very nicely prepared. The gold trout was baked on site and the potato salad was very delicious. A great praise for the kitchen. Thank you, we'll be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Die Forellenzucht ist herrlich romantisch gelegen. Die geräucherten Forellen sind die Besten von allen Räuchereien, die wir schon besucht haben. Leider konnte man dort w/Corona nicht essen, aber sonst sehr zu empfehlen.
The trout breeding is wonderfully romantic. The smoked trouts are the best of all pigeons we visited. Unfortunately you could not eat w/Corona there, but otherwise highly recommended.
