Visited 03/2023. Recommended. This restaurant is a Chinese Hotpot staple of mine. If you are looking for an authentic, down to earth hotpot place in the SGV, this is one of two places I would currently recommend. Good balance of value and quality.Word of warning: Next Level Spicy consider going one spicy level lower. Supplement spicy things with non spicy things to avoid suffering the next day *wink*Recommended Items: The lamb cilantro skewers Cabbage (in any non spicy soup base) let cook until soft Pork Brain (I know, I know, the idea kept me from trying for a while, but it is one of the easier acquired tastes in my opinion)Remarks: Plenty of parking. Decent assortment of items on the menu w...

Low key hot pot place. Since I am not Chinese, the name kind if deter me. It is written in Mandarin. However I went here with my Chinese friends, and I must say this is a great experience. The meat had great marbling, the fishball was amazing, and the portion was big. The atmosphere and decor felt like old school China. I eat alot if hot pot places but I never been one like this. A side note they have a chopsticks that you assemble. At first I thought I have the chopsticks already, but there are two smaller chopsticks that you connect to that one. I was so confused and amaze. You will know what I mean when you get there..... hahaha.

The quality of the meat was excellent and the soup bases were enjoyable. I appreciated the self-serve bar with sauces and snacks, however, overall, this hot pot restaurant failed to impress me. While the food tasted good, there was a limited variety of noodle options available. In comparison to other hot pot restaurants in the area, I don't foresee myself returning to this particular establishment.

Covid19 update: they have an incredible outdoor patio in the parking lot.Best skewers in sgv... Tastes almost exactly like the ones I've tried in Mongolia and Xian. Also my current fav for hot pot. The mild spicy is already very spicy. You have been warned! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was decent and I enjoyed the supreme beef barbie but everything seemed to be over priced. For 2 people with 2 beers, 3 meat dishes, a shrimp and some veggies cost us 150.00

the whole night could only skip the broth. the meat selection, the flavored and the self-snack bar complete all the authentic Chinese hotpot experience here.
