On a trip along Lake Constance, I accidentally came across this sausage roastery in Überlingen today. There isn't a huge selection, but what's on offer here is really tasty. The prices are also more than fair. Plus a friendly and courteous staff. The stand was represented at the associated market today on Saturday.
