Xhale Lounge - Reservar una mesa

This place is maybe the most poorly run establishment in all of South Lake Tahoe. I've been to this place a few times in the past and it's always been sub-par, but they've really hit rock bottom, and I'm not even being facetious with that statement. Asked at the door if it was busy for hookah, told they would have no issue taking care of us. Paid $20 per person cover (11PM Sat night), went downstairs, only to be told that there was a list 10 parties deep for a table. Supposedly tables are supposed to be reserved for hookah customers, but half of their tables were occupied by people not smoking. When I pointed that out after waiting almost an hour for a table, I got brushed off with some mumbling excuse about people dancing, and was informed we were still hours away from a table. In short, DO NOT WASTE your money. They will say whatever they think will get you to pay cover, then charge you inflated drink prices and provide you with service far below anything acceptable.

I was in a wheelchair after braking my ankle and the staff were so helpful and attentive! They made sure no one messed with my chair and took my order from the table! The hookah was great! My favorite was white gummy bear! The music is high energy fun! The elevator was a little sketchy but it is also used for an escape room. Staff worked very hard to keep the place cool temperature, constantly adjusting fans which was amazing!

If they can’t process an order made an hour before closing, it figures why they’re in the armpit of Lake Tahoe.

Best place to go to if you're out of town! Avi was nothing but short of welcomming! 10/10 please go
