Food taste is excellent...BUT PLEASE change your policy about to-go orders of the lamb pita bread soup (yangrou paomo) and separate the pita bread from the broth!!! Why is this not possible?????? We live in SF and drop by because we love the taste, but cannot stay to dine in. Taking it to to is impossible because keeping the bread in the soup turns it into a goupy mess!!! This is the only reason I am not giving the food or service 5 stars.

You must try braised chicken with potato pepper (big plate chicken in Chinese)!!! Please see my photos of this dish for both in-store and togo. They are both very delicious; the main difference is about the noodles, which are dryer and more sticky for the togo version. The plate is huge; we still got lots of chicken left after two people are full. The dry fried cauliflower tastes good for me. But my friend felt it was fried and too oily.

Authentic northwestern Chinese cuisine! The noodles are very delicious! This place is quite popular. There are not many places to seat so takeout often work better for me.
