The broth was very flavourless, a staff member would come around filling it back up with clear broth rather that the “flavoured” broth, therefor diluting the already dull flavour even more Customer service was poor, as well as the atmosphere. Wasn’t welcoming, very quiet. The only time I felt customer service was good was when the older lady checked on us Food was okay, but since the broth had no flavour they also had no taste, the sauce from the sauce bar is the only flavour that it had When paying, we accidentally handed them an extra £20, which the young man at the till was holding in his hand whilst the rest of the money was on the counter, and when we went back, one minute later to say...
Price-quality ratio everything you can eat hot pot. if they are looking for ð kat haidilao, this is not comparable. but for the price they pay, this hot pot beats all the sweet spot. These include cold dishes such as herbal tea egg and soy sauce in the buffet menu. the service was also very fast and efficient, although the restaurant was quite full on a Saturday night. would definitely go back!
Value for money all you can eat hot pot. If you are looking for 海底捞 HaiDiLao this is not comparable. But for the price you pay, this hot pot hits all the sweet spot. the first time to a hot pot restaurant and not disappointed. loved the fact that the mine was a laminated, wipe it clean tick box, that it used a filz tip pin on! a tip would be to do without any sense of restraint and tick as many things as possible! really entertaining way to cook/eat. currently they do not alcohol, but they can byob. Amazing experience, staff are very lovely and welcoming especially if it's your first time they explain everything and help you out. Even suggested foods to try and gave cake. Food was absolutely amazing, completely fresh and left feeling pleasantly full and satisfied without feeling sick. Definitely want to continue coming regularly
