I've been dining at this restaurant with my mother for years without any issues. However, yesterday, after we paid our bill, the owner approached our table to ask about our meal and service. At first, I thought it was great that the owner was so attentive and genuinely cared about her customers. I told her everything was fantastic, but then she asked why our tip wasn't at 18%. I was taken aback and quite upset! I explained that I didn't realize we were expected to tip 18% every time. She responded by saying that tipping 18% isn't mandatory. Really great best In ashburn for sure. Spicy chicken it is super good and not too spicy. Offers excellent authentic Taiwanese food and American Chinese food as well. I love bitter melon with salty egg or with beef. Egg plant with Basel and egg with dry radish and ma po tofu and delicious braised pork lean yet with a bit fat with bamboo and oyster mushrooms. Really good. Snow pea leave veggies is great. You may ask for less salt and oil . They will cook to your tastes. The best Taiwanese food offered in Ashburn. This has become our favorite Taiwanese Asian restaurant of all time. The service is fantastic, and our food arrived in a timely manner. We started with the Taiwan Style Pot Sticker appetizer, followed by the Orange Chicken and Mongolian Beef for our mains. Everything was excellent! If you enjoy spicy food, the Orange Chicken packs quite a punch—ask for a milder version if you can't handle the heat. We've returned four times since our first visit and have never been disappointed! It tends to get busy on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, so be sure to make a reservation—it's essential!

This place is 5 stars across the board. They are above and beyond friendly and attentive. They were so sweet to my daughter. They brought her her own spoon and bowl with little characters on it. The restaurant was so clean and welcoming. The food was outstanding! Everything was fresh and flavorful. My husband got the pad Thai and I got the pineapple, chicken rice. We also got the crab rangoons. We all enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and staff interaction. Everyone on staff said goodbye to us on the way out. Love it! Although the seating area isn't large, they've always managed to accommodate us as walk-ins (with a group of 3-4 people), even when it looks fully booked. On our last visit, we ordered two vegetable dishes and one meat dish, which totaled $50, not including tip. They also offer a 10% discount for cash payments, so it's wise to have some cash ready. As a delightful end to the meal, they serve a surprise dessert of custard balls, which is my favorite way to finish off a dining experience.

Delicious spot for Chinese/Taiwanese food with excellent service. Recommend the taiwanese fried chicken and salted egg green beans. Definitely great to come in a group and share a variety of dishes. Also appreciate that they gave us a freshly fried custard dessert!

Delicious! The sushi was incredibly fresh. I can’t wait to return and sample some of the other dishes I saw other customers enjoying. While the customer service could be improved, the quality of the food definitely makes up for it!
