Our server was incredible, though I can't recall his name. He was a young man who never seemed to stop moving and got everything done efficiently! I love witnessing such competence. Despite the busy atmosphere, our Thanksgiving meals were served up quickly.
I opted for the London Broil, cooked to perfect medium-rare, accompanied by delicious dressing and gravy, along with the always delectable Squash Casserole. Lou chose his favorite Meatloaf, Mac & Cheese, and Collard Greens. Normally, I go for the Grits and the fish of the day, which is always fantastic and puts a smile on my face!
Overall, you get a perfect score of 10 from us, as we've always left happy and never been disappointed!
As always, service and food were excellent! It had been awhile since we've been to Five Points and specifically to Yesterday's; we found a new menu but they have retained a lot of our favorites. The Chicken Fried Steak (formerly known as Confederate FriedSteak) still remains our favorite. I would not, however, recommend the guacamole... one sad note on an otherwise lovely lunch!
It was our first time at Yesterday?s, and we had a great experience in the outdoor section with our server, Chase! He?s very personable and friendly, plus the food was outstanding. We will be sure to return and also request Chase as our server again. Wedefinitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you are looking for somewhere that?s also dog friendly!
We had food catered and delivered for our rehearsal dinner last week, and the service was outstanding! The food was absolutely delicious! They arrived fully equipped with all the dinnerware and serving dishes needed, and they made sure to replenish items as necessary. We dine at their restaurant often, but I highly recommend them for catering as well!

I moved to Columbia in 1998 and worked across the street from Yesterday's. The food here is amazing! The decor and atmosphere is welcoming. The owner Scott is very warm and friendly. I have loved coming to this place. And the fact it is locally owned makes it all the better.
Went there for the first time today and loved it. The waitress was very nice and brought our pup a water bowl. We sat outside. We only had **** marys so i cant say anything about the food but look forward to eating there in the near future.
The meatloaf has been tried Several times never fails always great! Love the chicken Parmesan definitely shareable portions. Great atmosphere and great customer service!
Loved the fried chicken , collard greens, cucumber salad, and corn bread. Being from So Cal (the other USC) it was a treat to enjoy soul food. You folks know how to eat!

Food was terrific as usual, service was excellent from our very friendly an smiling waitress, an the beer was extra cold. A wonderful time was had by all !!!!!
