I had a positive experience eating yogurt and enjoying crepes at this establishment. However, my recent visit was marred by an unpleasant interaction with one of the employees. Despite not obtaining her name, I recall the larger woman on duty at 9:00 pm on Monday, April 3rd, calling out my group of friends due to a Spanish song playing on her speaker. This incident appeared to be racially motivated, given the crowded store, but she chose to single us out. It's disheartening that individuals still exhibit such behavior in our modern society.
I just had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce, but I found I didn't like the sauce. When I asked for a new one without the sauce, I was told I would have to pay for it. The manager informed me that this was their policy. This is unacceptable! It’s clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction and are just focused on making money. It’s no surprise that the place was nearly empty. I can't help but wonder if there’s something else going on here.
First time going here and it wasn’t terrible. The yogurt itself was super yummy. The staff was wearing gloves and was friendly enough except one girl who I guess was a supervisor asked a staff member nicely to do something and he gave her an attitude.The place itself was a little messy. The floor was sticky and had leftover topping/yogurt drips. The actual topping containers could be a little cleaner and I purposely didn’t pick some of them because it looked messy. $29.98 for 4 people. I would go back with hesitation.
We have been devoted customers of Yo Go Wild since it opened nearly ten years ago. I can’t remember exactly when! They offer the best crepes, frozen yogurt, and açaí bowls on the Island, and we are never let down. The kids refuse to try any other place! I’ve tried to persuade them to explore new options, but it just doesn’t happen, haha. The customer service is excellent, with friendly smiles and greetings, plus a wide variety of topping choices. It’s truly unbeatable!

I absolutely love this place! They offer an amazing variety of flavors and toppings. I usually opt for the self-serve yogurt, but they have other options as well. The only downside is that occasionally there are one or two staff members who don't seem to enjoy their job, and that can make the experience a bit less pleasant.
Excellent frozen yogurt make your own sundae. The taste of the frozen yogurt was fantastic and the topics were fresh. The shop is clean and the cashier was friendly. Can't ask for more.
Very good frozen yogurt, lots of choices and toppings. We ordered on line, it was easy and ready when we got there. I had vanilla with Nutella and Graham cracker crumbs, so good!
Took my girlfriend for the first time we loved it. The workers are friendly, definently going back for another açaí bowl. It was bussin no?
