The food portions were smaller than usual. The staff member didn't inform me that I could add a salad when I requested the largest plate available, so I left still feeling hungry. Additionally, the sauce bottle was advertised at a dollar less than what I was charged. When I brought this up, he said he would have to contact corporate to address the issue. A couple of sauce packets at 50 cents each would have easily resolved it. They also charge for small cups of sauce, which seems unreasonable. I've had Yogi's food multiple times, but during my last visit, the Teriyaki sauce was burnt – it was visibly blackened and tasted just as bad. I called to express my concerns and apologized for being bothersome, but I explained that the food was hardly edible. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn't offer a refund or an exchange, and they weren't able to make another dish to rectify their mistake. I’ll begin by saying I really enjoy the food at Yogi’s Grill, especially the sushi and bowls, and the variety of condiments is fantastic. However, the man who took my order seemed rude about my hearing difficulties, which was disappointing. Additionally, my order arrived without the extras I requested.
This is my second visit to this location, and I was pleased once again! The food is fresh and served hot, and the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are clean, and they even have one of those awesome soda machines with thousands of options!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They were not willing to accommodate my request, and the portions they served were the smallest I have ever seen. I would suggest trying a different restaurant instead.
If you order sushi for takeout, they include soy sauce packets with your meal. Onelly provided outstanding customer service!
