I recently visited Yogurtland Korp and had an excellent experience thanks to Diana. Despite being lazy, I always try to support her as she has helped me multiple times with my orders. Diana is sweet, friendly, and always willing to accommodate any changes to my order. Her customer service skills are unmatched, and I hope the management shows her the love and support she deserves. The staff member who served my family and me was extremely patient and had a positive attitude. I came across a negative review from someone who clearly lacks patience. It's important to be understanding and patient with the employees, as it's not their fault if things run behind schedule. Justin did a great job - he was the only one available to open the store, so it's understandable that it opened late.

This place reminded me just how bad frozen yogurt can be. Their product is overly sweet, with no creamy texture. It started to melt immediately I don?t think their machines are cold enough. The young girl working the counter didn?t know which flavorswere yogurt and which were ice cream. And they don?t even have lids so you can take it home. I?m going to keep looking.

I’m rating this place 3 stars, not due to the staff—who was fantastic—but because there was only one employee working on a Saturday afternoon with perfect weather. Even though she provided great service, we had to wait 15 minutes since there were 11 people ahead of us and 5 more in line behind us. Aside from that, everything else was good.
The staff at Yogurtland were very friendly and attentive! With a wide variety of options, it’s an excellent choice for families. My only suggestion would be to add indoor seating. The prices were affordable, making it an ideal place for families to enjoy a meal together.

I ordered a regular-sized pizza with no toppings through online pickup and paid $6.50. The staff was quick and there was no wait. However, the portion was smaller than I expected.
