I had a fantastic brunch at Yolks today! I tried the Chicken and Waffles Eggs Benny with soft eggs and a side salad. Everything was cooked to perfection—the eggs were beautifully runny, the fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the jalapeño topping added a nice spicy kick. My friend enjoyed the Pork Belly Eggs Benny with tater tots and raved about how crispy the tots were. The service was efficient and friendly, and despite it being a busy Saturday, we didn’t have to wait long. I highly recommend Yolks for a delicious and well-crafted brunch in the city. Yolks is always worth the wait! The drinks are fantastic, and my Benny was incredible. This time, I tried the bowl to switch things up, and I really enjoyed it. I understand the time limit since the place is always packed, but despite the busy atmosphere, the quality of everything on the menu has consistently been excellent.
