I tried this place because my daughter went there and when I looked at their menu on the website, the prices were a dollar or more lower than my favorite haunt. So i was hoping to turn this into my regular haunt It's easy to find. Parking is a little tricky. There are not many spaces in front, but there. Are places along San Pablo Ave and the perpendicular street. The atmosphere is gorgeous. There are not many tables, so it's possible there will be a wait if you go during popular times to eat. Don’t get me wrong the food here is delicious but the service here is pretty mild. I went there 2 times. The first I literally had to go talk to the lady after waiting for more than 15 min to have any kinda of interaction. I just wanted to order to go and the place was not busy she just choose to ignore me. They even had another client leaving really mad and had a small argument. Second time we decided to eat there and give a second chance and the waitress was super rude and made the experience super difficult. We order from here regularly, but lately the waitress, Momo, has been rude. She refuses to give extra ginger when we buy three signature rolls and only receive one side of ginger. She is also not considered with our stamp free roll card, today we ordered from Uber eats picked up ourselves and she said we don’t get the stamp ordering from Uber, we could just called! Also it should be one stamp per 20 dollars, we had two orders of 37 and she just put one.. besides she forgot the chopsticks in the last two orders.. not happy with her managing our orders, lost us.
Service charge?!!! This is why customers would get upset. It is a tip!!!! They say not but its horrible because owner can use this to their advantage of wether distributing it to employees or not so there for, Customers!!!!! Be aware of paying a service fee!!!! I dont mind tipping but extra 18percent on toof your bill for a service charge that they dont call a tip is ridiculous.Customers be aware!!!!

The food was excellent, but I took off one star because the drinks weren’t served cold; the beer wasn't chilled. The server was very pleasant, but unfortunately, our orders were messed up twice. I plan to give it another try to see if it improves. As for parking, there aren’t many spots available—only three cars fit in the lot, so you'll likely have to park on the street.
I absolutely love visiting this hidden gem! If you arrive early, you won’t have to wait, and the food is fantastic. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is genuinely authentic and traditional. The staff is incredible—very friendly, and the wait times for food are minimal.
Sometime short of staff but a very nice traditional sushi restaurant. Parking: There is a small parking lot and street parking but it's a bit scarce. More than worth it, though. Wheelchair accessibility: One floor, no stairs, easy access to restrooms.
Hungry at 11 and don't know where to go? This is your place. I'll be the first to admit it's not the best Japanese food. But it's pretty good and it's got a cozy, neighborhood vibe to it.

FAVORITE sushi place in the bay! Consistently yummy every time! Service is a bit slow but I think its because they are often short handed. Definitely worth the wait.
I ordered trays of sushi from this place to cater for a group involved in a show my son was putting on, and everyone loved it!
