Since my workplace is near this restaurant, I have been going there for 8 years. However, due to the pandemic, it has been taken out only for the last two years. However, I thought it was about time, so I went last week and dine in. After all, unlike takingout, there was satisfaction. And I went again today and asked for a container because I couldn't eat it all. Then the waitersaid he would charge $1.50 for the take-out container. I said ok, but the waiter didn't bring it, so I asked another waitress tobring it to me. I've been to a lot of restaurants so far, but I've never had to charge a takeaway container, which isdisappointing. It's a shame because it's a restaurant with good taste, but...

Terrible service. Went for a pick up and a waitress told me that it?s not ready. I waited 10 more minutes and the same waitress told me that same thing. I went again and a different waitress came by and told me that the kitchen never got the order becausethe computer in the lobby isn?t connected to the one in the kitchen. I understand that, but the fact that the other waitressnever even checked, the only thing she told me was that it?s almost ready and she brushed me off. Half an hour later and it?sfinally ready but nobody told me. I waited for 1 hour. Every other waitress and waiter that passed me acted like I wasn?t eventhere.

Been here a long time ago, and had a hankering for Korean food, so I decided to come and check it out again! Turns out there was a renovation, and they 've redecorated!! Very nicely done! It had new seats and configuration, with a decor that mimicked a traditional village feel, with signs in korean, even the prices! Food was similar as before, but I thought some of the side dishes or ban chan tasted better than before...good day! Staff were friendly and very helpful, which is better than the past to be honest! The food was excellent. We were given five different types of complimentary banchan. I opted for the spicy tofu soup, which had just the right amount of heat. The portion size was larger than what I have typically seen at other tofu soup establishments. We arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday and were seated immediately, despite the restaurant being busy. The staff was efficient in bringing out our food quickly. Parking in the front lot was plentiful. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, making it an ideal spot for a meal with loved ones.

Young Dong Tofu House offers a range of stews, including seafood, beef, and pork, along with other menu options. I particularly enjoyed the Beef and Seafood Tofu soup, which had soft tofu and flavorful broth. I recommend trying the purple rice with it. The Rice with Spicy Seasoned Octopus in a stone pot was spicy but not overwhelming. The sides, especially the kimchi, cucumbers, and seaweed, were also a highlight for me. Overall, a delicious dining experience.

We ordered tofu soup and kalbi. The food was mediocre. The service was seriously lacking. The waitress took our order, but the food was brought out by someone from the kitchen. The waitress never came by to check on us. They automatically added a gratuity of at least 15% (with options for 18% and 20%). I still gave them 15%, which they did not deserve. Overall, if you are looking for mediocre food with poor service, then this is the place to go.

We got charged a 18% auto gratuity fee for a family of 5, two adults, a teen and two little kids. This isn't even a large party to be fairly rewarded with an auto gratuity. Good food, bad services. We are waiting for long time to ask a employee. I saw a Grubhub deliver who asked them for restroom, but she said no? What is wrong with them? Grubhub deliver is still a customer right?

This place gives you simple authentic Korean tofu cuisine. The food tastes good but sometimes it can be very oily. The seating arrangement is like a cafeteria so is very crowded during busy hours.
