I'm not the type of guy who goes out of his way to write a review, especially a bad review. I usually write a great review to the places where I love the food and the service, because I feel that great food and great service deserve to be recognized. Unfortunately I can't write a great review for this place. I have been here before and the food was always good, that's not my complaint. It's a place where I go when I don't have a lot of time for lunch. It 's been about a year since I 've been here. I used to come more often. Coming back after a while, I noticed it 's not the same a I remember...and not in a good way as far as the food. Most of the menu choices are the same, but on a newer looking menu board. I don 't know if this place is under new management or ownership, but aside from the newer look, the food quality isn 't as good as I remember. I 've never seen before the guy who took my order and I won 't say he was rude, but seemed unpleasant. I noticed one new menu item they had was wings, which I thought I 'd give a try. He asked me if I wanted a spicy mango or ranch. Thinking he meant a dipping sauce, I asked if I could have both...

This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called thirty minutes before closing and was put on hold for ten minutes, only to be told by the woman on the line that they don't take phone orders within twenty minutes of closing. I reminded her that she had kept me waiting for ten minutes and that I had called within their timeframe. She then mentioned she would need to check with her manager. When she came back, the manager said no initially, but then the woman informed me it depended on how far away I was. The place is definitely not great. I used to come here often, but after my last visit, I have no plans to return. I was there last night, and they advertised that they closed at 9 PM. I arrived at 8:20 and ordered my food to go. The guy told me to wait outside. When I asked for sauce after waiting until 8:49, he informed me they were out of it. That was frustrating enough, but when I opened my meal later, the food was still pink inside! I understand it's close to closing time, but I made an effort to get there well before they shut down. We use to eat here all the time but after today we're never going back !!! My husband and I were eating and after sitting down for about 10 minutes into eating I saw a huge cockroach by our table I turn to look at the cashier an I could see that he saw it but he didn't come over or anything until my husband got up to tell him but he saw it even before we mentioned it !! It was so disgusting an instead of killing it or grabbing it himself he called a cook!! It was so gross!!

I suggest the management either provide better training for the staff or consider placing them in different positions; everyone deserves a job, but they need help understanding proper customer service. They are reaping the consequences of their actions. If the owners are reading this, I would invite them to dine elsewhere to see how customer experience can be improved, as it really matters. the service is terrible, there was an Asian bank that visited me and he was terrible. rude, short and did not even understand me. I asked about hotter sauce and he said this is all we have. I asked him if he could not have any more and he said no. That's ridiculous. I always came to this place while I'm going to do my business somewhere else.
