I found hair in my food, and when I mentioned it to the manager, Chris, he offered to replace the dish but didn't apologize for the unsatisfactory experience. The waitress, Jazzman (yes, that's how she spells it), was incredibly unpleasant. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and she touched the food on my plate with her fingers—absolutely gross! When I raised my concerns about the hair and her behavior with Chris, Jasmine had the audacity to stand right next to me while I was speaking to him. This experience made it clear that the staff is not managing things well. I paid the bill and would recommend you think twice before dining here. SOLON

Hair was found in my food. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, Chris, he offered to replace the item, but never offered an apology for serving debris. The waitress “Jazzman”(her spelling not mine) was horrible. Her attitude was rude and curt, her fingers were touching the food on the plate- gross! When I complained about the hair and her attitude to Chris, Jasmine was brazen and came and stood right next to me as I was complaining to the manager. This demonstrates that the animals are in charge of the zoo. No thanks! Paid our bill and suggest that you too should stay away. SOLON

The staff exhibits a negative attitude towards customers as they arrive to dine. A male server made inappropriate remarks about a female manager, and instead of addressing it, others joined in with their own inappropriate comments. The food was dry, and the burger lacked flavor and seasoning. The prices seem to reflect the location rather than the quality of the food; it's overpriced for such basic offerings.

Visited this location with 6 friends last weekend. It was busy and we were seated quickly. Our orders came out promptly. Only had one issue with a patty melt order not being hot enough as required by one of my friends. The sandwich was returned and a fresh one was made. The new sandwich was hot enough and you could see the difference. The outdoor patio area was full. I would return to this location! Reserva una mesa ahora

Prices are way to high. I get everyone raised prices but their prices are way to high. Flies everywhere!! So if you don’t mind sharing your food great place to eat.The kitchen staff kept swearing and were very loud yelling and talking very loudly.

This is an awesome diner! It has a great menu, great service good food, a coffee and espresso bar, a soda and shake bar, a real bar with all the best drinks, vegetarian and seafood, and lots of comfort food choices.

Always loved this place, grew up on it. So glad they have another location in Solon now. Great breakfast!! So good ?
