I visited Yum Cha in Altrincham for a birthday celebration with my family, and the experience was a complete disaster that ruined the day. The food we ordered was awful—cold, watery, and undercooked, with a consistency more like liquid than proper dishes. Even supermarket ready meals would have been better quality. The dumplings and buns were cold in the center, and the meat inside was still pink and raw.
