The highlight for me was the duck—ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. It was incredibly succulent and fresh, with an irresistible mouthwatering aroma. Other unexpected delights included the crispy skin pork and, best of all, the seafood laksa, which rivals any you’d find in Malaysia. Make sure to explore the full range of Chinese-Malaysian dishes on the menu; there's enough variety to keep me coming back for more. This spot is perfect for a quick lunch or a BYO dinner. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
I ordered from Yum Cha Republic for the first time, and the food is fantastic! The Peking duck is less expensive than at other restaurants—only $30 for pancakes and a full serving of duck meat fried rice. It’s a much better price compared to higher-end places. If you're looking for a lovely presentation, this may not be the spot for you, but if you're focused on delicious food, I highly recommend it!
Nice and friendly staff, food is awesome, gotta come back often, it has been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in GC. This year they have change to a new menu, feel free to try some new stuff, and now they got plenty of air conditioning, gotta be freezer inside.
