I ordered food through Uber Eats, but I was charged for an order that I never received. The driver never contacted me. I tried to reorder, and they sent four different delivery people to pick up my order, but then they called to say they weren't going to fulfill it. I feel like this place is scamming customers, and I can't help but wonder what they might be doing to the food. In response to your message, what you’re saying isn’t true. I’ve attached a photo showing that I was still charged for the food despite never receiving a call from the driver. Additionally, someone else has had the same experience.
I suspect that they reuse the same sauce multiple times. The General Tso’s sauce didn’t taste fresh at all; it was an unusual red color that I’ve never encountered before. I have a feeling they might be using food coloring since it has a strong odor. I was especially let down because I’m pregnant, which is why I rated them 1 star. It's unacceptable to serve food with such an unpleasant smell, especially to someone who is expecting.
Always on the point and nothing is ever missing or wrong in the order. Very fast (off-peak hours) and very true with their delivery times all other times. Best place, always order from here and it's just great that they never disappointed! Ordered again and arrived at seamless 10 minutes after the order. They contained the spring roll free with the order!
I went to get the General Tso Chicken but couldn't even make it through the crowded restaurant. The decor was trendy but it made the place too busy. The food was tough and hard to chew, with a strange country taste. I asked for a refund, but the young boy working there had a bad attitude and started acting crazy, yelling and screaming.

Literally charged us twice for food after canceling both orders and the store owner refused to refund one of the two unreceived orders. We’ve been on chat with Uber eats for 45 mins going back and fourth bc the store owner says she wants to keep one orders to cover food costs. What food? We never got any.
Great food, great customer service and they deliver quickly. Always my go to see if it's late or want food delivered quickly. Definitely recommend the chicken wing BBQ austerity ribs.
Amazing food and fast delivery! Sesame and General Tso Chicken and dumplings with sommes soup! Everything perfectly crispy and hot. Seriously used and ordered again soon.
