Yumpling is the new hidden gem in LIC. It is an awesome addition to the neighborhood. This restaurant specialized serving classic Taiwanese comfort food. They offer many variety of menus which included fan favorite yumpling , rice bowls, noodles, sandwiches, bubble tea and dessert.We have a chance to try the Fried chicken Sandwich and it was phenomenal.The chicken is so good and crunchy. We also wanna order the Beef Noodle soup but it was sold out so we replace it with the dumpling. We get the Half and Half yumpling. It comes with half pork and half vegi. It was amazing. Love the name of the establishment! I decided to try the fried chicken sandwich and was so glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised at how juicy the chicken was. Loved the sauce that was on the chicken too...super tasty. I also got a side ofshoestring fries and ordered a passion fruit bubble tea. The menu allows for customization of their specialty drinks, includingchoosing the topping, type of tea...and the sweetness level. I told the cashier that it was my first time there, and he answeredmy questions and was super friendly. I plan on visiting again soon and trying the dumplings next time. I recommend Yumpling. This Taiwanese restaurant in LIC serves some of the most popular dishes! I tried the dumplings, and while they were decent, the flavor didn’t quite stand out to me. However, the beef noodle soup was a different story—it was much better. I really appreciated how tender the beef was, cut thick, and there were plenty of pieces. Many other places tend to slice the beef thin and offer just a few pieces, but Yumpling definitely did it right, presenting this dish as it should be.

Friends brought us here for lunch and it did not disappoint. I wish I had a second stomach. Everything was so good, I wanted to eat more. Each dish was fresh, the meat juicy and the breading crisp. And we asked for the chicken sandwich to be spicy and ithad such a good kick to it. Definitely recommend and will be back
