They do not prepare masala tea with sugar mixed and offer it separately. It tasted terrible and no where close to Indian taste. Tikki was very dry and stale. It wasn’t freshly prepared and was served as plain and dry without any sauce . I was asked if I want any sauce on the plain dry aloo tikki. It tasted ****. But amongst all, the worst thing was their attitude to customer service. The two ladies at the counter were totally arrogant and appeared rude in their response. I would never return and would not recommend anyone. Pathetic place.
Was at Bluewater.. for some shopping.. will come to my lunch on a different thread but thought will get some takeaway.. got Mutton Biryani and kebabs from Zabardast.. I’d say it was average.. I love Biryani and have my roots in a place (Kolkata, India) where Mughlai Lucknowi Biryani is the order of the day.. Something you don’t get too often here in UK.. the Biryanis that are served here in UK are mostly Hyderabadi ones which although I’ve got used to will never be my favourite.. But I keep on trying ..
I ordered a chicken tikka wrap for my partner and a veggie Tikka wrap for myself and was quite appalled that after touching my partners chicken with their gloves they were then handling my wrap straight after with bits of chicken stuck to their gloves! Also when it came to choosing sauces at the end I asked for mango on the chicken wrap only.... they put it on my veggie one then I said it was meant to go on the chicken and they just ignored me! Will not be eating here again
Definitely NOT AUTHENTIC INDIAN. Matar Paneer was more tangy and tasted almost like tomato sauce. Same with the so called SPECIAL BIRYANI Gravy they charge extra for. Such bland food can never be INDIAN. never again, won't recommend spending so much money for tangy curries. We binned this after few spoons, just couldn't finish it all. Waste !!!

I ordered the biryani and found it to be dry and the rice was hard, as if it was old and not fresh. Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning. I do not recommend this restaurant. As a South East Asian, I believe that the quality and taste do not justify the price.
I ordered wraps and a thali from this restaurant. The wraps were not good, they tasted weird and the vegetarian dishes in the thali lacked flavor. I am not a fan and would not recommend this place. I would suggest skipping this restaurant.
Went here with my friend and we both got food poisoning from it. We saw a microwave being used so I can only assume it was badly reheated chicken. For reference we went on Wednesday 12th August 2020 at around 8:30pm.
Great little Indian place right at the front of the busy blue water food court. Great service, value for money and lovely food. Plenty of gluten free vegetarian options too.

I do not recommend this restaurant for those who are gluten free. I am writing this at 4:45am on the toilet. Gluten free friends, please avoid this place.
