I ordered through the drive-thru (Chk 4360), and when I got home, I discovered an earring back in my Kickin Chicken box. To make things worse, I received a chicken finger meal instead of the Signature chicken sandwich meal I had actually ordered. I went back to Zaxby's to let the cashier know about the problems. They prepared my order again, and while I was waiting, a woman from the kitchen apologized to me. However, the cashier at the front instructed me to throw away the food I had brought back, which had been sitting on the counter the entire time I waited. I was really disappointed that I had to return because of my incorrect order and that someone’s personal item had ended up in my food...
I absolutely love Zaxby's Cobb salad and usually order it four times a week. However, today was my first disappointing experience. I placed my order online as usual, but when I received it, the grilled chicken was cold and the bacon was missing. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and explained that I was headed to work and this was my first issue with their menu. The manager asked me to take a photo of the salad to prove the missing items, which was inconvenient since I couldn’t do that until later. This situation made me feel like I wasted my money, and now I might have to visit their location on Tara Blvd instead.
I ordered a house salad and the bag felt unusually light, which I assumed was because it was close to closing time. However, when I got home, I found hardly any chicken with my salad, no cucumbers at all, and the portion was so small that I needed a spoon to eat it since a fork couldn't pick up much. If the dining area had been open, I would have gone back to Zaxby's to request a refund. This is unacceptable!
The drive thru is always slow. You may or may not have to wait to the side for your order after paying for it. The food is always hot and fresh. So if you don't mind the possible wait time, then this is the perfect place. You can't go wrong with aZaxby's House Fried Zalad!

Ordered fries no salt. Asked the cashier at the window if my fries had no salt and she asked the ordertaker but I never got an answer and although my receipt had no salt when I checked my order I had salt on hard, burnt fries.
I wouldn't suggest visiting this restaurant; it's not worth your time. The service is really slow, and the drive-thru line takes forever to get through.
Similar to other experiences, the service was terrible. The staff at the drive-thru struggled to communicate even basic words and sentences.
This is the only Zaxby's I visit now because I've never encountered any problems with my food here, unlike at other locations.

Make sure to enjoy a hearty lunch and dinner here, but skip breakfast. Zaxby's is perfect for those with a big appetite!
The service was terrible and incredibly slow. I even called to voice my complaint, but all I received was silence.
