Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

A couple friends and I were trying to order online with much difficulty, so we decided to order at the counter and wait. Our food (8 plates) came out in what seemed to be 5 minutes.We got back home and noticed there were two plates missing, so I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Rob. He told me to just come back and they would make it fresh. They did just that. Without hesitation the woman at the counter got it started and with lightning speed I had the food I was missing.It was a minor inconvenience, but I have been to this location several times and received excellent service and the food always seems freshly hot.

I usually do not leave any reviews, but the zaxby in jefferson ga eating is definitiw not on par. every time I was in this zaxby, there is a problem with eating. whether dried, burned or simply old. it was a past, but today I thought I would try it last time. I ordered the subtitles hungary. Of course, I had to return twice because it was thin and dried out without sauce. now back home and it is still dried. I don't take it back a third time, but I won't apply this place again. corporate, they really need to look their ppl down to get boiled on how to eat, and taste before they are served their customers.

ordered online before they load in the. only ordered a large zak snack and a buffalo large zak snack. no creative or custom changes have been made. in 10 minutes rubbed in the load, continued to wait 30 minutes while the people come to get their food while I had to ask several times if my eating was even prepared. After I finally wait on the theke until it was finished, I got my eating literally zero, actually zero, apology. honestly, the cashier at this place, sadly I even had this experience.

The chicken was old and tasted like it sat in grease! I'm not sure if the fryers need to be changed or what but it definitely didn't taste good. Also, was told I could not order a side salad as a side anymore even at an additional cost. That they don't have side salads anymore. I was shocked considering they still sell salads and I always say no fries and do a side salad. I always pay an upgraded price which wasn't a problem!!! Zaxbys has been going downhill for awhile now. Terrible! I don't understand how they have a 4 if I'm up the last three times and I always get the same! the wingz and thingz meal with the traditional wings and eating is never fresh, the fries is always old and the wings and today I asked them to dive my tender and the blazing garlauch and instead of dippin my tenders they gave me boneless wings instead of tenders!

It took for ever to get my to go order. I stood at the counter 20mins waiting watching while others came went. The food was decent when I finally got to eat it. The fries had already gotten cold. Idk what happened, they really dropped the ball on my #1 6 piece finger plate

The food was okay. The chicken fingers were old and overcooked, but I guess that's what you get when you come an hour before they close. The cashier, Dagon, was definitely a bright spot! He has an outstanding attitude and made the experience more pleasurable.

they drive thru. chicken strips were so hard that I couldn't bite them. they put cole slaw loose in the tablet of food. loose to leave the mayo and the juices above everything to make the other food soggy. big. yall needs to train these kids better. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered 2 5 piece chicken tender meals. Got home only live 5 minutes away) . These were not tenders They were way overcooked, hard, and very dry. We could not eat them. Threw it all in the trash. Lesson learned.

Fast, friendly service. Clean dining Area, as well as Restroom. not to busy athletes time of my visit. Recommend You Visit This Zaxby's
