If I could give zero stars, I would. We had to wait 10 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich, and they didn't even put the toppings on it. When we approached the staff about it, they asked, “You only want the patty?” After we explained that we wanted everything they forgot to include, they returned with the same old, soggy fries that we had received initially. This wasn't an isolated incident; it happened more than once! We were very disappointed and left completely unsatisfied. It’s not worth a 20-minute wait for a sandwich.
What a disappointment! My wife and I arrived at the door at 9:30 a.m., only to find it locked. The website states that they close at 10:00 a.m. We tried to open the door as other diners were leaving and overheard one of the young staff members asking another coworker if the door was locked. Is this how a business is run? This wasn’t my first visit here, but it will definitely be my last. I guess Bojangles next door can't be any worse.
The location of Zaxby’s struggled to manage the lunchtime rush, resulting in an incomplete order and an excessively long wait for what is supposed to be fast food. Other customers were clearly unhappy as well. If the franchise owner is reading these reviews, it might be worth taking a hands-on approach to improve things. I don’t plan on returning here anytime soon.
zaxby has pretty good huh. sometimes the weight can be a bit long when they try to go to the drive-thru, but for the biggest part it is pretty good. also the salads are present. I don't always go here, but at any time I want a good salate that I really don't mind driving the distance to get one because the salate here is full of mine. I hope you have your meals.

Zaxby s used to be one of the best places for chicken ..... enter covid and the puppet masters who will pay people more to stay home then actually work and the people that are there act like someone killed their puppy... RUDEST SERVICE EVER!! And the order was wrong the last two times.
My signature club sandwich consisted of a piece of leather 1 pickle and a squirt of sauce. Pitiful excuse for zaxbys food. I was offered 10 off my next order because i had no choice but to choke this down or be hungry the rest of the day. Better luck next time. If there is a next time.
Sometimes you're just in the mood for some quick food, and Zaxby's never disappoints. Great service at this location. It was clean and the food was as expected at any of their locations. Love this spot
This is a smaller location and the drink station is in a bad area if people come in and stand inline to order you cant get to the drink area unless you go all the way around the dining area

I ordered sandwiches and the cashier told me they don't come with zaxby's sauce. He was really mean. While before everytime I order a sandwich I always get a sauce.
