Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered a Nibbler menu and got it. 2 of them were this amount of chicken and the third had about twice this amount. Spoke offered to a manager after I had already come home and settled, to make a second meal for me, but I didn't want to get out again. Granted, she was very nice, and I'm sure she would have given me the meal, but that would never have happened first. As someone who worked in kitchens, I would serve NIE something to a customer with portions. Just tell me you don't have the chicken and it'll take a minute. I understand that driving times are important, but that is unacceptable. The bits were also extremely hard. Basically, I had bread with sauce. I'll still be back, hopefully not with this experience again.

They have tables blocking the front counter along with tons of plexiglass. This makes it unbearable to try to get your order across to the cashier because I can?t hear them and they can?t hear me. Very frustrating when you?re paying top dollar for chicken and fries. However the food was excellent. The dining room was clean and the food was extremely fresh. Once we can get past all of these Covid precautions, the experience should be better.

Order was ready when I arrived. Cashier was friendly and quick to get my order. Precautions were in place to allow people to stay distanced.

Food was hot and tasty. Service was good and restaurant was clean. Highly recommend eating there if you have a craving for chicken fingers.
