We ordered a chicken club sandwich meal and a chicken tender meal, both of which felt a bit overpriced—especially since a similar meal at KFC was $4 less. Also, typically, a club sandwich comes with lettuce and tomato, but this one only had bacon and pickles, which was a letdown. The fries that came with it were very salty.
As for the tender meal, it included cole slaw and fries, which were also too salty. Both meals came with a drink, but honestly, for what we spent, we could have easily gotten larger and better meals at KFC. Ironically, there’s a Zaxby’s being built closer to our home, but I highly doubt we’ll give it another try.

I placed a curbside order using the app for this location, but there were no signs indicating where to pick it up. After checking in, I waited outside for ten minutes and eventually had to go inside to get my order. When I opened the bag, I found that all the sauces were missing. I returned to ask for them, but the staff at the counter showed little interest in helping; they just stood there and stared instead of assisting me. The restaurant was also extremely dirty, with trash scattered across the floor, sticky soda spilled everywhere, and the machines looking like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I can only imagine how unsanitary the bathroom must have been.
The food was good just you can see they do t wait for the everything to be done to serve it together so it can be hot my food was warm which eating warms food is horrible the bread was not warm cool the tables and floor need to be on point being thatthere wasnt anyone in there besides my family it should have been kept up to date the staff are like it's whatever don't know ifthey have management didn't see anyone. It could be that this location was horrible but so far as my first time experience itwasn't all that. I just submitted a review to Zaxby's because they responded to my post they they were listening so let's see ifthey really are listening.
I had to wait over 10 minutes at the counter before receiving any service. I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich, which comes with a drink and fries. After I paid, the cashier took my name. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for my order to be made fresh. When I finally stood up to inquire about my order, I was told it would be ready in another 3 minutes. Once I sat down, I realized I had been waiting for over 20 minutes, and my fries were missing. I went back to the counter and had to wait another 4 minutes to confirm whether the meal included fries. Finally, I was told, "Oh yes, hold on, here you go." Really?! You be the judge!

This place was really off-putting. They allow dogs inside, and not just service dogs. I ordered online and selected curbside pickup, but when I arrived, there was nowhere to pick up curbside orders, and the parking lot was poorly lit. I called for assistance, and the employee told me to use the drive-thru, but then they said we had to come inside because the drive-thru was too busy. What’s going on with this place? If you like the food, I recommend ordering inside instead.
This is the third salad I've ordered from DoorDash at the John Young Parkway Kissimmee location, and it has been disappointing every time. This salad had no onions, no bacon, and no cheese; it definitely wasn't worth my money. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The first two salads also had no toast. I called to address the issue regarding the cookies, but I didn't receive them, nor did I get any extra bread.
The staff were outstanding—friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the food was extremely salty, making it nearly inedible! I enjoy salt, but this was excessive; even the broth was too salty. I had the evening meal which included chicken tenders, French fries, and toast, along with a coleslaw on the side served at 5:00 PM. I did enjoy the salad, but next time, I'll stick to my usual salad at Zaxby’s.
The employees were outstanding. They were friendly and professional. However, the food was so salty it was unedible! I love salt but, not that much. Even the bread was salty. I got a dinner(chicken tenders, French fries, and toast. They were out ofcoleslaw. It was about 5:00 pm. I also got a salad which was good. I will continue to go to Zaxby's for my usual salad.

The fries were not salted, and the sandwich had very little sauce. Additionally, no utensils or napkins were provided. I opted for a large fry but ended up with the same portion as the regular meal. The only redeeming factor was that the chicken tasted good.
The BBQ sauce was definitely packed with flavor and delicious! The wings were absolutely drenched in it—there was so much sauce, haha!
