FIVE STARS! ? I had a less than stellar experience this evening as I ordered a Zak Snack meal and two drinks. The girl asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out. 15 mins later, still no food so I went in, I was at that point running late for a meeting. My order got lost (or something so they immediately got the manager and she came out right away. I don?t know her name, but I?ve seen her there before as I?m a very frequent customer. She couldn?t have been more sweet and accommodating the awesome guys in the back had a meal ready for me in literally in 60 seconds and the manager offered to refund my order. Really upset. We have dinner tonight and ordered two 6 pieces of chicken finger plates with big peach pies. When we moved into the window, the girl came into the window and we asked if she could put ketchup, honey mustard and tongue burner sauce in the pocket. She said they had no ketchup or tongue notch that was good, so I asked if we could have BBQ instead and asked for cutlery. She rolled her eyes and went away to get our food. We were able to order it as soon as we are there. It worked very nice as we were in a tight schedule. The food was really good. Well prepared.
