Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

We had a decent meal. The fries, though hot, were not all fully cooked. The nibblers were good, but it's possible the buns had been sitting out too long. The front counter worker did a good job but didn't fully understand when I asked for an extra plate (we ordered two nibbler meals for three people). The drink machine was spewing syrup, so maybe repairs or cleaning is needed? We dined outside and noticed broken tables against the railing that really should be repaired or removed. So, overall, it was not a bad experience. The best part was the view of the sky as we ate.

The Zaxby's in Muscle Shoals is awful and the staff are rude. I waited in line for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me, so I had to drive up to the window. The woman there told me to go back and wait again, even though I had already waited for 10 minutes. I only have a 30 minute lunch break, so I didn't have time to wait any longer or go somewhere else with long lines. I ended up not having lunch at all. If they had a longer lunch break, it wouldn't have been a problem, but now I have no time to eat anywhere else.

Usually this location gives me no issues but yesterday I went thru drive thru and my boyfriend ordered our food and the lady repeated it back to us correctly but wasn’t on our ticket so I went back in after we received our food to have it fixed all that was there was a bunch of teenagers and they were really rude the cashier Alexis was also rude and the manager I assume on that shift I think her name started with a C was really rude too they fixed my food but look utterly aggravated that I wanted it remade

Me and a friend ate here ordered 2 club chicken sandwich’s and they were wrong asked about them being remade the manager checked my receipt as if I didn’t just order food 7 min before! Then asked for zaxbys sauce and was told there 25 cents each after the first one even tho I was never gave one at all…. But the real question is how you mess my sandwich up and have to remake it and still charge me for extra sauce?? Chicken was fresh tho just poor customer service Reserva una mesa ahora

Zaxbys is a fast food restaurant that offers chicken based options like tenders, sandwiches, salads, and more! The service was fast and easy, and they offer a drive thru and dine in options. The chicken tenders we got were super juicy and fresh! The cheese curds weren't the greatest, but the fried pickles were okay! They have a variety of options for people to enjoy, and the salads can be made vegetarian with no chicken added.

I am a regular at this Zaxby's location in my neighborhood. I usually place my order online and then pick it up. The food is always fresh and prepared quickly. I personally prefer the Signature Chicken Sandwich here over Chick-fil-A's. I like to add lettuce and tomato to mine, along with some spicy sauce. It's hard to find a better sandwich than this.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. They consistently get my order correct and the staff is always friendly. Because of this, they are always busy.

I always go for their salads first! They are excellent and consistently fresh. The chicken strips are tender and the dips are great. The toast is also very good. Reserva una mesa ahora

The children appeared to be quite snobbish. Maybe it's just my perception, but politeness is always important.

This restaurant is always great for a quick snack. I highly recommend trying the Nibblerz meal.
