Zeiskamer Mühle - Reserva de mesa

Prolog…   Ich kenne die Zeiskamer Mühle schon seit vielen Jahren. Aber nur vom Hörensagen. Das liegt zum einen an ihrer Lage. Das idyllisch gelegene Hotel Restaurant befindet sich etwas außerhalb des rund 2200 Einwohner zählenden „Zwiebel und Gemüsedorfs“ Zeiskam, in das es mich nur noch sehr selten verschlägt.   Damals, vor 30 Jahren war das ganz anders. Mit 18 rannte ich öfter in „Zäääskäm“ rum, war zwar kein Sänger in ner Rock’n’Roll Band, aber meine damalige Freundin kam aus dem Ort. In der „Mühle“ wie die Einheimischen ihr bestes Haus am Platz gerne nennen , sind wir dennoch nie eingekehrt. we were very disappointed this time by the zeiskamer mill. on the phone. We were not told that we had to eat in the next room with hotel guests. totally uncomfortable ambiente and also the service powers were impersonal. gruß from the kitchen rather leave completely instead of serving rolls with butter... more
