The sushi was good, but not great. If you’ve ever had “great” sushi, you will know what I mean. If you are not familiar with professional quality sushi, I’m sure you will enjoy it just fine. Everything tasted good, but the nori was stale lending an unpleasant texture to most of the sushi. This happens when the nori is exposed to air and allowed to absorb moisture(like a bag of chips left open). OR the nori got too wet. On 3/29/2024 my friend and I decided to give this place a try, I have to say what a disappointment it was, not only that the short handed staff had difficulty performing their duties effectively, delivering the service, when it came to close our tab the waitress was nowhere to be found, we decided to pay at the front desk and apparently they called a person from the back area Female) without a uniform ,decided to yell to the four winds so everyone present in the restaurant could hear, that our debit card declined, without even knowing for a fact, only to re-frase herself when we were face to face with her that it could have been a glitch on their software system. The restaurant offers some vegetarian options. We tried the veggie noodle dishes and the seaweed salad with mango. We had to skip the sauce for the noodles because it contained fish sauce, so they ended up being a bit bland, even with gluten-free soy sauce. However, they were still decent. The seaweed salad was refreshing with plenty of fresh vegetables and good flavor.

**Parking:** The restaurant has a parking lot located in an outdoor mall, along with some metered street parking available near the shops.
This is one of my favorite spots. The prices are reasonable and the service and food is always consistent. I love their Basil Fried Rice with a side of spicy mayo, I like the Longevity Chicken Soup too. Hasley has taken care of us on multiple occasions and she’s simply amazing. I really wish they were available for delivery for those days I don’t feel like leaving the house, this is my go-to place for fried rice, they’re my favorite. ?

Zen is a great restaurant. I would love to give it 5 starts but there is ONE problem. None of their high chair straps work. We have a 16 month old who just loves to climb out of everything and not 1 high chair at this restaurant has working high chair straps. All are broken or completely missing. Please order new high chairs. Then it would be 5 starts.
We've been coming here for seven years, and we absolutely love Sushi Crackers! Every dish we've ordered has been fantastic. The staff is amazing, and the service is consistently excellent. It’s always a great experience!
I come here often! I always get sushi rolls and spicy, garlic edamame. The Las Vegas roll and the I Love You roll are my favorites. Service is always great. Quality and taste is great too.
Very peaceful great food drinks me and my daughter enjoy our mother and daughter time. She's 7 n definitely love it Siad it was her favorite place customer service was great.

After a horrible experience at another sushi restaurant I was desperate for some good authentic sushi. This place delivered. If you haven’t had the mochi ice cream… try it!
Every detail was perfect from the service to the food and pricing was great. I would highly recommend reading at this restaurant!
