Zest Grill House

The food was cold and the vegetables unrecognisable. Asked for a chicken macadamia salad only to find the chicken was fish and just all lettuce!!Fish and chips were all batter and cold.Witnessed a diner returning a plate full of food and the plate was left under the lights for approximately 5 minutes, the plates was wiped down and served to another person!!!!! No beef burgers or chicken burgers on the Long Weekend.Even a waiter said that there were many meals left.Restaurant knew there was going to be a very large National Disabled Ten Pin Bowling Competition held at the nearby bowling alley and obviously they did not wish to cater for this event and its members!!!!!!Will NEVER eat there again.

Zest is located inside the Rooty Hill RSL. Meals took 90 minutes to arrived from when the had been ordered. All of the surrounding tables had been served up to to 45 minutes prior. Meals were warm on top but cold underneath. Ribs nice but steak over cooked and dry. Even people on the same table who order at the same time had finished their meal prior to ours arriving and that was after going back too the desk. Staff were wondering around aimlessly with food unable to locate who had ordered even delivering the wrong orders to a number of surrounding tables. Have eaten here on a number of occasions but not sure if we will return.

Our family ( 2 Adults & 1 children ) ate at the Zest grill on the Saturday night . The TBone was cold when it finally made it to our table . I asked for a salad , did not receive it . Chips were cold and soggy and well over salted . My daughters pad Thai was ok , My wife's meal was ok but cold . It seems everything is pre cooked and then reheated to order . Desert ( apple crumble ) was cold and soggy . Give it a miss .

Best described as motorway cafe food and service. Wide menu but poor execution, greasy and lukewarm by the time it hits the table.

Beyond words could not use words shocking would be one word really Chew And Spew don't waste your money
