Such a wonderful gem! This place has such a bright and happy vibe. It 's a family owned business and they are so kind. They greet you with the warmest welcome, and so nice to see that they are so friendly with everyone. I had the meatball and marinara sandwich with a side of salad. It 's delicious, the cheese is very melty and yummy. The meatball is really juicy and flavorfull. The marinara sauce was really delicious. The bun was a big one, but fresh! I also ordered the vanilla lavender lavanda latte. I think the coffee flavor should be a bit stronger and darker, next time I 'll order double shot or something. They have wifi as well. Definitely will be coming back. Looking forward to seeing...
We drove 2.5 hours to enjoy brunch at Zia Gianna's, and it was absolutely worth the trip. We ordered a variety of items from the menu and couldn’t resist grabbing dessert for later. The fresh bread, high-quality ingredients, and delicious food made for a delightful experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, especially after a quick chat with Nino. We're already planning our next visit to the area so we can try some of the other main dishes for lunch. It was the perfect kickoff to our day.

Truly a magical spot. I came here with my partner for a sweet birthday brunch. The staff is friendly and kind. They gave us a birthday pancake and celebrated along with us. The food is absolutely delicious, the ambiance is bright and homey with lots of plants. The vibe has small-town feels without being exclusive. I’m not sure why this place has such high ratings. I waited 20 minutes for a black iced coffee, and the server came back three times because she kept forgetting my order. It seemed like poor service was the standard there. The atmosphere gave off a vibe of indifference. I won’t be returning.

Had their artichoke fritata and their latte this morning. Both excellent. and the home fries were also very good and the bread crusty and good. Nice atomosphere. Great place for a special breakfast.
