My husband and I first discovered Ziggi's way back in the day when they were in downtown Longmont. We were dating and would meet there to study. Their hot chocolate is to die for!! Fast forward and we move close to this one. Yay!!! Hadn't been close to one in years. In the move our coffee machine broke, no worries I'll go to Ziggi's. NOPE!!! These girls are rude, ALWAYS rude!! I've been multiple times and have not had one nice interaction with any of them. It's like they hate working there or something. SEVERAL times they are out of coffee!!?? What? How? They don't keep up on brewing coffee. I do not like dark roast, so always ask for medium and in several occasions they have told me they ar...
The staff here are friendly, and the coffee is better than average. However, my main issue is the noise level inside. The hard furniture and decor contribute to a lot of echo, making it quite loud. They really should add some sound-absorbing elements to improve the experience. I struggled to focus on my earbuds because of the conversations and laughter from a nearby table.
If you want to feel like you don?t matter (on your birthday) go to Ziggis. I tried to use my birthday coffee reward from the app. The people in the store were all annoyed when the app didn?t work, made me feel bad for trying, made me pay for the coffee, and told me to contact ?the app.? The app said they would not help. Happy birthday to me.
I visited this morning and had a wonderful experience! The man who took my order was incredibly kind and patient, and the woman at the drive-thru was fantastic. I didn't catch her name, but she was a pleasure to talk to. Our great conversation and the delicious drinks truly made my day! Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The drinks were expertly made and served hot. The seating was sufficient, with only four comfortable chairs; the rest were metal low-backed chairs. There was plenty of parking available, and the location also features a drive-thru.
