Ziggy's Fish & Chips

Halibut came it small pieces which was fine cause there were a lot of them for a two piece fish and chips. Chips were nice and big and crispy golden brown and the fish had a nice light batter that was fried perfectly. The one thing always missing is the mushy peas. Would have been 5 stars if it had mushy peas. Must be an expat thing. Had it for takeaway so I don't know what the wait staff are like.

If it is fish and chips that you are after there is no place better. Tim and his staff are always pleasant and friendly and the service is fast. The fish is delicious and always more than I can eat. If you are looking for fancy it isn't here BUT for a very unique atmosphere with the feel of some history this is the place. I very interesting decor.

We were there for dinner last Friday night. We had the haddock and scallops/shrimp combo. We found that with the 4 small portions of fish there was more oil than we are used to. The French fries, scallops and shrimp were all excellent. Great cole slaw too! Friendly staff and restaurant was very clean.

I've been here several times over the years, tried many others. Ziggy's is still the best for fresh delicious fish and chips and homemade coleslaw. No point going anywhere else. Reserva una mesa ahora

I really liked the atmosphere of this restaurant as it reminded me of the other fish and chips places in England. Food was quite good and the staff were friendly.

This was my first visit. Warm and friendly service. Loved the homemade tartar sauce and coleslaw. Halibut was excellent and portion size good.

This little restaurant has great fish and chips but my fave is the scallops with a side Caesar! Soo good!
