Zippy’s - Reserva de mesa

Zippys is open for dining and they have excellent covid procedures. The host opens the door, and if there isn wait they take down your cell and will text you when your table is ready. As is with many places, you sanitize your hands before entering. Not all tables are occupied intentionally. Menu is a piece of paper, not reusable menus like before. So no pretty pictures. But that's okay. Food is still 100% the same as before. Reliable, tasty and satisfying for a reasonable price and a smile. We had won ton noodle soup and saimin with a side of teriyaki beef and a mini loco moco. All good.

It's the only Zippy's on the Big Island, so if you're looking for a beloved local spot, this is it! The staff is very friendly, and there's a wide variety of options on the menu. There's truly something for everyone, and the prices are reasonable, making it a fun place to visit. It can get quite busy, so be sure to plan on spending some time there with someone special!

My husband and I absolutely love Zippy's! The employees provide exceptional customer service, which is crucial in the hospitality industry. Sometimes, it's best to visit on specific days and times to avoid long lines. They do take your name and phone number, like they do for many guests, so they can call you when your table is ready.

The restaurant offers what feels like traditional Hawaiian cuisine, even though I suspect it's part of a chain. It has a vibe similar to Denny's but with a Hawaiian twist. Mia welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home during our visit. The food was good. Reserva una mesa ahora

I increased my stars because the servers are great here and make every experience a good one. The food is always hot and delicious. It is always consistent so you know that your food will be close to past experiences.

Service was great! Food was good. Some in our group liked it and a couple weren't as impressed. Korean chicken was over cooked making it hard to chew. Chicken katsu and beaf stew was very good.
