Everything OK or fairly good but if you ask me, not really worth the rather stiff prices. We were a group of with a separate area to ourselves that could be closed off by sliding doors, which was fine, as long as the doors...were closed but they often weren't and we were disturbed during our business meeting by the noise from the general dining area. The staff was easily distracted, though polite enough; they often did not know who got what and some things were mixed up. The restaurant is old-style attractive, clean and well kept up.

The food, wine and service were all great. Sitting outside on a warm summer afternoon made for a nice early dinner. Highly recommend. I am sure they will speak English if you like but very happy that they spoke to me in German. So many...in the hotel and restaurant industry like to respond in English when I speak to them in German which I think is not very polite The wait staff here as very friendly and could not have been nicer.

Very friendly staff which took their time and explained each dish and the recommendation were fantastic. It was a cold night and we were the first ones in the Restrurant which is a little Leary however, it soon filled up and not and empty table...could be found and after desert we knew why! Next time in Town, I will come again for sure!

Two of us visited this restaurant for dinner. They had a large party upstairs, but nonetheless provided excellent service for the two of us. The friendly waitress translated the German menu for us and served this patiently with well prepared and well presented food. We...recommend this establishment for food and service.

Visited for dinner during a business trip and liked it very much despite being solo. Staff was friendly, food delicious, location very nice (outdoor seating in summer rules). Not exactly low price, but considering value for the money definitely not overpriced. Highly recommended.

The dinner was fabulous. Had tge pickled salmon with scallops on root beets then guinie hen. All fabulous. Delicious reisling to accompany. Local spot. Great vibe fun Chef, host etc. all very welcoming. A must for dinner once in Kronberg. We will be back.

On the website this restaurant looks like a snobby one, but atmosphere is very comfortable and people are very kind and family friendly. No problem with kids. Seasonal speciality is very nice, like deer goulash, veal chic.

We had a very enjoyable drink, and then meal at Zum Grunen Wald. It have a great outdoor location, and we found the people super friendly.

Excellent food, great wine and very friendly service and very good value for money. too. We will definitely return. Often, I hope.
