We have visited there several times and have always been very impressed. In addition to the excellent food and drink, we would particularly like to praise the highly professional service. From the boss himself to the temp, we were always served better than expected. Our expectations are high! We feel very comfortable there and the word GUEST SERVICE has top priority there. Where else can you find that? It is a young team that shows the old hands how Swiss gastronomy can be successful. Keep it up! We'll be back with pleasure. Thank you for the great service and excellent food and drink.
The food was correct and tasty. The quality was good too. Unfortunately the service was a disaster. We got 5/6 different waiters in one evening. They were not attentive when we wanted to order something. We ate a burger and they didn't ask us how we wanted our meat cooked. They took our bottle of wine even though we still had it in it. The beer was lukewarm and so was the wine. Otherwise the view is very nice.
