"Upon arrival, my first thought of good German food was Pork Schnitzel. The best I was told was in this hotel and I wasn't dissapointed. Nicely prepared, tasty and presentation perfect with one side of salad, pommes and a glass of good Rhine riceling finished the dinner without thought for the desert! My partner had the same and was not dissapointed either. The sauce was typical very delicious as Gravy and the service excellent.
