Together with my wife, I stayed at Hotel Zur Rose for two nights. What am I supposed to say, we're very excited. It is a small hotel with ample charm. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, in the house itself you will find exciting pictures of the Überlinger history. It was also very clean. Die Lage ist super und die Betten waren bequem. Check-In war ebenfalls unkompliziert und schnell. Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht (130€ für 18 Stunden). Leider wirkte die Unterkunft eher wie eine Ferienwohnung/Air BnB als ein Hotel: Die Badezimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Wäsche der Hotelgäste wurde auf den Fluren getrocknet und nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser gab es zur Begrüßung. Auch die beworbene 10-€-Parkkarte war bei Ankunft „ausverkauft“, sodass wir statt 10€ 17€ Parkgebühren zahlen mussten für das vom Hotel empfohlene Parkhaus was ziemlich ärgerlich war! The hotel is very modern and has recently been renovated. The staff was very friendly and fulfilled our wishes for our satisfaction. The location is very good, as the Lake Constance is not far away but the road right in front of the hotel is only for pedestrians. You realize that the boss is very committed and you are really enjoying the work. It was easy and is very familiar with the guests, which is also due to a few rooms and thus a clear number of guests. We were looking for a suitable hotel for our Lake Constance short trip and have encountered this modern, very family-run hotel. We can only recommend the hotel! It is very clean the breakfast is exceptionally lovingly prepared. Freshly brewed coffee freshly pressed fruit juices. The dishes are freshly prepared. The owners are with heart. The cocktails are not on the map but are highly recommended! My husband and I will definitely come back!

Zimmer OK,Badezimmer absolut altertümlich. Der Check in die reinste Katastrophe..Zimmerdame wurde zum Check in geschickt,spricht kaum deutsch,sieht nichts und hört schlecht, "Zimmer ist im 2ten Stock..leider war am Schlüssel kein Anhänger... "war mühsam und nervig. Die Lage war ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung...einmal und nie wieder
A beautiful hotel in the middle of town and near the lake. All around is on foot. Thank you for the friendly and loving service. I had a good room. Breakfast was good. Thanks for letting us use their bar in the evening. It was a nice evening. All in all a very nice hotel and super friendly and dedicated owner.
A really nice hotel. Greatly located in the downtown of Überlingen. Remarkable is the incomparable warm and friendly staff you feel welcome as a guest! This is so rare, the more beautiful: And when the delicious breakfast begins with a smile... Very recommended!
Small, very fine hotel. The owners are refreshingly young and full of passion. The food is exceptional. Everything is self-made, even the juices for breakfast are freshly pressed. We'll be back soon. We enjoyed the personal service very much.
