Aunque sólo tiene 10 años, el restaurante Pablo gallego teme la experiencia de varias generaciones familiares en las estufas, específicamente en el restaurante coral, uno de los más conocidos de Coruña. completó su preparación en diferentes escuelas. Fue discípulo de ti para ir a San Sebastián. Combina la comida gallega tradicional con pescado y mariscos (y precios) de primera clase, con platos innovadores como el lomo de atún rojo sellado en tandoori, la ensalada lubrigante con vinagre tostada, y la lubina de vapor con algas y setos, y carnes de un solo pensamiento con foie en salsa de agridulce y gallego intercote a ces queso. pero el precio es medio/alto, por lo general toman ofertas en telas como lo permite, en las que el menú degustación viene alrededor de 30€, una opción inmejorable porque incluye buen vino, café y magdalenas, además de los 6 platos de degustación: 3 magdalenas a la piedra, pulpo al gulega y el pieito del foie de la violación y los cigalas,

I went with my son around coruña and we decided to try the food in pablo gallego. delicious croquettes and super soft pulps to begin and then the codillo that melt in the mouth and cocochas. everything was delicious. we will try more dishes!

we had no reservation and wanted to have a small court of Galician food, with a short stay. the place is probably quite busy as most tables were reserved. despite this case we were kindly greeted and were allowed to pick up our meal times in our time (to study the dishes for our own reasons, but the menu is also in English.) we enjoyed the food and the service. I recommend the octopus.

comfortable atmosphere that allows a good talk at the table. excellent seafood and meat. for each curs there are specials of the day worth considering. also look at the specialties of the day. very good wein recommendation: matanegra tempranillo 2009. the service of jimmy has taken care of us and with a deliberately out of the heart to look forward to our meal and we were very happy!

chef and waiters are friendly. we do not speak Spanish and they speak very few English. Nevertheless, we have everything we want to try. the crab is good. sardines, husk are all delicious. great culinary experience.

Very kind staff! Willing to explain everything in English because we speak limited Spanish. Tasty fresh good food in a calm and stylish restaurant.

Location: in the city center. Staff: really busy, they speak english. Menu: short menu but a lot of special dishes out of the menu, ask for the list. Price: high
